Bertram Electric (shout out Brian and Jeremy) exceeded all my expectations! It was a pleasure designing the electric in my new home because they asked me what I wanted to fit my needs and also told me what fixtures to purchase on my own. They worked with my power company and when I had an issue, they came out same-day to resolve it. For such an extensive project (whole home with garage and barnyard) they made sure everything was completed with high quality outcomes. I would definitely recommend!
Kris is absolutely AMAZING! We bonded almost instantly as she is just one of those people I felt like I’ve known my whole life. I instantly fell in love with the first two options she brought out to me and she had so much advice and tips for me. Wonderful person to work with! I called Paula in a bind. I had a last-minute plant order that cancelled 4 days prior to my son's wedding. Paula searched her suppliers however could not find the plants I needed. What was over the top customer service was she was willing to close her shop, go home and dig the plants I needed from her own home!!! Turns out that I found the plants somewhere else that day but wanted to write and express my sincere appreciation for Paula going above and beyond!!!! Tyler at Cold Spring Spine & Wellness is our go-to chiropractor. I love how easy he makes it to pop into his office for an adjustment he’s convenient, approachable, and genuinely cares about his patients. My son is a hockey player and has dealt with a few minor injuries over the years. Tyler has been incredibly helpful, not only with adjustments, but also with practical advice on how to heal properly and keep him feeling his best on and off the ice. We truly appreciate his knowledge, care, and flexibility. Highly recommend!

They are fast, kind, polite, professional and the end product is beautiful and exactly what I described to them! We have used them twice, and entire kitchen and a small dry bar and we were treated the same wonderful way each time!
After reading the reviews, I was reluctant to purchase, however, upon contacting NBW prior to ordering, I found the rep very helpful. I ordered a wig; it was as described. The restocking fees are high and I, fortunately, did not have to return. I suggest working with a rep prior to ordering and see what can be worked out to ensure the best service for you. Based on my experience, I will order again.

Kind and compassionate and comforting. They go above and beyond! I was upset with some news about my pup. They wrapped her foot with a pink wrap. I said “look it’s pink my favorite color”. The next time I went in the put pink on again with a beautiful heart. This touched my heart so much. Yes there were tears. Pink everytime after! I can’t say enough about this place
