We had a great experience working with Cold Spring Carpet. From the decision making process while we chose the right flooring to the installation, they were amazing. Erin is wonderful to work with while we decided what to put in. She was also amazing when we had to hold off our project because of other delays. She was flexible and never pressured us. When we were ready for our installation, everything went smooth and fast. The installers were friendly and fast. We love all the flooring we had installed. Thank you for the great experience!

Very happy with the quality carpet we had installed over a year ago. It still looks as great as the day it was put in. The whole team at Cold Spring carpet was terrific to work with!

Purchased a remnant for my entry stairs, they were very helpful picking it out, arrived on time to install, and were very professional through the whole process... going to use them when I redo the rest of my house, would definitely recommend
