The staff performed a house call for us to put down our family pet. The staff explained everything well and what to expect. The staff took the time to patiently proceed with the procedure. The staff made us feel like we were their only patient and took time to let us say goodbye.
We’ve been clients for approximately 20 years. Clinic is clean and conveniently located near downtown Cold Spring. While we love Dr Dennis and Dr Traci, all staff members (especially the reception staff) are stellar, and seem to genuinely care about our dogs.
We always have a great experience when we go here. All the technicians and Physicians are exceptional; always kind, gentle with our dog, and listen to and answer any questions or concerns.
