I have worked with Chad, Tom (the Michelangelo of dirt-he has a talent you can’t teach), and Jeff over the years to develop a difficult lake shore property. I don’t know if it would have worked with anyone else on board. They had the vision and technical skill to get it done. They do top notch work, with top notch processes.
