Extremely patient & kind, even when it was a nightmare working with our insurance & US Bank (our mortgage holder). The crew did fantastic work. They came out to figure out what went wrong and went above and beyond to not only fix the issue, but provide documentation to give the shoddy roofing company when we had to take them to small claims court. The first company wouldn’t admit fault and hired a slimey lawyer. Zablocki provided us with solid info and great pictures as evidence- and knew immediately it was definitely the first roofing company’s fault we had a leak!
