“I asked for installation of a sink base cabinet. It's a complicated task to work around plumbing, garbage disposal, etc. Patrick came the next day and set to work. He resolved problems as they came up and even made a trip for a part for the dishwasher. He cleaned up and disinfected the water damage. The price was spendy, but it was well worth it. I would definitely call them again.“

I ran into an issue with my transition strips and I went to Village Floor and they were very informative and helpful and said they would take a look. “My husband and I worked with Lakeside to get all of our carpet downstairs redone, and also new vinyl upstairs with an additional carpet segment. We also did a carpet runner on the stairs and an additional rug from the left over carpet.

We really enjoyed the quality of the customer service. Everyone is very knowledgeable and answered all questions. Fast responses by email and phone.

The work done was of a good quality, and we were very happy with how it turned out. The only issue was one of the pieces of the stairs was misaligned, and the extra rug was a little too long. These issues were corrected promptly.

“Very reliable, even for our last minute needs! After attempting to have flooring put in by Lowe’s we came across a mold/water damage issue on the subfloor in the kitchen. The flooring install had to be rescheduled and we were only given a week to figure out getting the subfloor replaced or scraped down. After being given a referral, Anthony really came through for us. He squeezed us into his schedule and saved us a whole lot of headache! We will for sure go to Anthony & his crew in the near future to help with other projects!“

“We had Mike the Carpet Guy install carpet in the basement and flooring in the upstairs bathroom. The work itself turned out great—everything looks sharp, and the turnaround was fast. Mike offers quality products at a fair price, which we appreciated.

That said, the cleanup could’ve been better. There was tape left on windows, closet doors left in the bathroom, and various scraps lying around. In the bathroom, we found wet towels and old caulk in the tub. When the toilet was reinstalled, the shutoff valve was turned off—no biggie, but when I opened it, it leaked badly. Not the installer’s fault (it’s an old valve), but a heads-up would’ve been helpful.

All in all, a good experience—I’d just like to see a little more attention to cleanup next time.“
