During the design and pre-construction process, Phillip and Rosie were wonderful to work with. They took the time to answer our questions, guide us through the process, and made us feel confident every step of the way. Once construction began, Jonas and Joel were fantastic in the field. They communicated well, cared about the details, and were always professional.

Like any custom home, we had a few hiccups along the way. What stood out to us was how Phillip handled them. He never avoided the issues—instead, he made sure they were addressed and taken care of. That level of accountability gave us a lot of confidence in the company.

We ultimately ended up selling the home, and even then, Phillip honored all of the original warranties and completed the one-year walkthrough for the new owners. That wasn't something I expected, but it spoke volumes about his character and commitment to standing behind his work.
