“After many years of researching and contemplating the custom build process, we found ourselves on a rollercoaster we wanted off of with other builders. We brought our vision and plans, after already having worked with an architectural designer, to JPC. Other builders wanted us to modify one of their existing stock floor plans, but JPC was different; JPC actually took the time to review all of the details and engineering of our plan, get an extremely accurate bid, and work with us to move forward on our plans. JPC was wonderful at selecting the best possible subcontractors for our complicated build, all while keeping in the budget and timeline and managing expectations. We never felt pressured and JPC never tried to upsell us on anything. JPC is a true custom home builder, unlike other builders. We were able to select everything under the sun and were advised in a professional way if there was anything we should reconsider. The job site was always left clean and if ever it wasn't, JPC dealt with and managed the subcontractors to make sure any messes didn't happen again. Everyone was incredibly warm and friendly to work with. It was not just an honor to work with JPC, but also a fun experience. We would not hesitate to recommend or build with JPC again.”
“Ryan has been a trusted resource for me for years, and I can say without hesitation that he's one of the most honest people I've ever met. Finding a contractor you can truly trust isn't easy, but Ryan and Carl are the real deal.
Their craftsmanship is second to none, and what stands out even more is how much they genuinely care. They treat every project as if they were working on their own home, paying attention to the details and never cutting corners.
If you're looking for a company that delivers exceptional quality, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. If you're on the fence, don't be. Ryan and Carl will take great care of you, and you'll be glad you chose them.”
