During the initial visit and assessment the group was open and understanding of what I was looking for. It helped that they were very knowledgeable about similar projects and could snowball that experience into my project. Everybody working on the project was super friendly, easy to connect or communicate with, and overall open to my questions or concerns throughout the construction process. It didn't feel like my project was just another job, you could tell that everybody wanted to do a great job because it felt like they went over and above on just about everything. Things like floor thresholds between rooms, color choices, and maximizing space throughout the rooms were always put in the forefront. Not only did they go out of their way to make sure that I always had access to certain facilities I needed (since the project was my main bedroom and bathroom), but they disassembled and reassembled my bed through different stages of the construction for my convenience. In the end, it was a professional project that visually looks quite impressive but balances its functionality in a way that will improve my day-to-day activities. Overall the project turned out fantastic.“
