We started our journey with JPC Custom Homes in 2018, and moved into our custom built home in Carver, MN in August 2019. From the initial design consultation to helping us find lots with open builder allowances, through construction, completion and warranty repair work, JPC Custom Homes (the Kothrade family and all their employees) have been a dream to work with. Not only are they kind people, but they are extremely professional and knowledgeable! The quality of their work is impeccable through and through. We had exceptional craftsmanship, great communications and wonderful attention to detail from JPC Custom Homes as they transformed our unfinished basement.
