Each staff member at the optical store was so kind and helpful. I had to return to the store due to a mistake from my eye dr (different clinic), and they replaced my glasses free of charge. They were responsive and quick in resolving my issue -- and always so kind. Will definitely return for future needs!

I don't mind going there. At time, the service can be fast depending on when you go. Staff are friendly. Wish the check in was a bit confidential. Feel a bit embarrassed when they ask you why you're there after you mentioned you're there for urgent care- they still want to know more. Would prefer to inform nurses vs admin- (no offense!!) Other wise- can't really complain.
