I have also used Doug after creating a subluxation while lifting and moving some things. Now just doing massage maintenance every 2 weeks. It is working, back and neck pain non-existent. Quality of life, better.“

As a gymnast who had had more injuries than I can count he has helped me both physically and mentally get back as fast as possible.
