I stopped in on a Friday evening after work in December. Pui was my therapist and I chose to deep tissue. Pui asked me where I was experiencing the knots. Pui worked on my shoulders, neck and sciatic nerve on my right side. After 90 minutes I left in a much better place than I was earlier that day. My headache was gone. I’ve gone back to have another session of her deep tissue magic. I highly recommend Pui. Her skills and knowledge are extraordinary.

I highly recommend Vida Bodywork! I have seen a number of their massage therapists, all great. Recently, I have had deep tissue and Thai combo massages from Vida. She is very professional and attentive regarding your needs, pain points, desired pressure, etc. She does an excellent job working out the knots and stress in my muscles. I leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.

Had a great deep tissue massage with Vernell. He was great. Hit the spots and stretched me out pretty good.Lee was also a great masseuse. She's very strong! The owner Vida was a sweetheart. She treated us with nothing but respect and great service! Highly recommend
