It's Feb 28 and the temp was -13 this morning. I woke up to a very cold house. I contacted Steve and he was able to stop over same day and replace the part in my furnace. Communication was excellent. I will definitely contact him again for other HVAC issues.

Wonderful service! Steve was very accommodating and informative. He absolutely knows his profession. Understood my concerns and reached out after the fact to ensure things were satisfactory! We are new to the area but Steve and Anderson Aire had done work for the previous owners. Since we were looking for someone to look after our HVAC and in-floor heating boiler I contacted Steve to have him look at a needed repair. I was pleasantly surprised to find he was punctual, reasonable on his rates and did excellent work. Perhaps the biggest takeaway from his visit was seeing first hand how proud he was of his local roots and the quality of his work. Long story short…I think we found our HVAC/boiler guy.
