“I called Kruchten's last Saturday and Bruce was extremely helpful. He diagnosed our furnace problem over the phone, ordered the part first thing Monday morning and had our furnace fixed by Thursday. I had no idea who to call while searching on Google but am very happy I found them. Their cost was very reasonable as well. We will definitely call them again. Very nice and honest people.“

“It's Feb 28 and the temp was -13 this morning. I woke up to a very cold house. I contacted Steve and he was able to stop over same day and replace the part in my furnace. Communication was excellent. I will definitely contact him again for other HVAC issues.“
