Highly recommended.Mike came out and assessed our situation. He determined what we needed and quoted fairly beating other local competitor's quotes. The install team did a solid job installing drain tile in our mixed unfinished/finished basement and discussed options surrounding the installation when necessary. The team was professional and kind, had great communication, was on time, and respectful of our home.

We had Gardner Construction install new front steps and path at a house in St. Louis Park and could not be happier with the work. I will be referring Gardner to all future clients for their concrete work!Services: Demolition
