GREAT PEOPLE with GREAT SERVICE!!!
Neighbors were getting a new AC unit and at the same time our AC went out…. They were able to not only take a look at my AC to figure out the problem but were also able to actually fix it as well!!! AT THE SAME APPOINTMENT AS OUR NEIGHBOR!

Most probably would have left and said “get an appointment “….. but they took the extra time! So incredibly thankful!

Our A/C went out last night. Mark was here by noon the next day. Thoroughly explained to me what the problem was and fixed it very promptly. Mark was a professional and was great to work with. I will definitely use southside heating and AC for repairs or new install in the future.
This company did a great job from start to finish. Everyone was very informative, professional and kind from start to finish and would recommend them to anybody. Very happy with their service!
