It was my first home and wasn’t sure how the process all worked and Thomas was SO patient and did such a great job explaining everything. It took me nearly a year to commit to the project and Thomas was very understanding. Thomas was extremely responsive and communicative from day 1. During the installation process, Thomas stopped by multiple times to check up on the project, as well as to answer questions in person we had. The company upheld the highest standards of honesty and transparency regarding costs, completing the work on time and within budget. We will definitely recommend them to family and friends.
