The on-site restaurant serves great food with wonderful wait staff, though some guests have experienced issues with parking and room amenities like no microwave. Despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel's proximity to the mall is a major advantage. Guests have praised the exceptional service provided by staff member Virginia Reyes, who goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. The executive suite with lounge access is a popular option, offering breakfast, evening snacks, and drinks. Overall, the Radisson Blu Mall of America provides a great experience for those looking to stay near one of the largest shopping malls in the world.
It was very noisy from the workers drilling, etc. Very aggravating.
My daughter and I stayed at the Radisson Blu
during a recent trip to Mall of America. This hotel was chosen due to its proximity to the mall; literally “attached” to the mall via a corridor.
Not only convenient, the hotel itself is very nice, aesthetically pleasing and very clean. All of the employees that we encountered were professional and friendly.
My only issue is the waterfall shower. These shower heads are not inclusive. Not everyone aspires to get their hair wet every time they shower and leaning backwards to avoid having wet hair becomes very uncomfortable after a few minutes. Plus, the water pressure isn’t even high enough to match the idea of a waterfall. Everything else was great. Clean rooms. Doesn’t have that old hotel smell. Front desk staff very helpful
