L.A. Nails

Had a lovely experience at L.A. Nails today. Came from the airport to do some shopping and decided to get my toes and finger done with a pinkish gel color! Hien was so nice and he was helpful!

I went in around 7pm and the workers were extremely excited to have a walk in. I asked for a full set of acrylics. At first it was okay and she told me $50 for a solid color and not a long length in the end it was $65 and that wasn’t all that big of a deal but I handed her $80 in twenties and when she asked about a tip I told her to keep $10 for herself but she never handed me back change after walking back to her station. When I had asked her about my change she looked very annoyed and walked over with crumpled change and tossed in on the counter. The nails themselves look okay but the customer service I received was not pleasant.Services: Nail extensions

The pedicure itself was fine. My husband and I got in right away. When it came time to checkout I was asked if I had cash for a tip and when I said no, she was staring down between me and the receipt as I wrote down my total and signed the receipt. I will gladly tip for services I receive, but I don't like being pressured!! I'm not from the area and never at any other salon do they ask me if I have CASH for a tip. Just not professional in my opinion...Service: Pedicure
