This is not the big franchise Dean's! Initially when I received this referral, I was hesitant because we are only interested in working with family-owned businesses... but, I was pleasantly relieved when I went to the website and realized this is exactly the type of business we were hoping to work with.Our home's addition was getting no heat, not some - NONE! Great service from the customer service representative on down to technicians, Emmanuel and DeVaughn. Thees two men were professional and courteous. Installed water heater to my satisfaction. Would recommend this company, I am a return customer. Thanks for a job well done!

Our inducer motor on our furnace needed to be replaced and it was only 7 years old. Tony came out and diagnosed and replaced it. The warranty on it was for 5 years. Tony went above and beyond and ran the serial number and found that the warranty had been extended for this inducer motor. Thank you and Bless you, Tony!
