“I wish I could give this company 100 stars. Last week, at 2:00 a.m., I woke up and discovered that our furnace stopped working. The temperatures were in the low single digits. It very was stressful. My husband went downstairs and found a sticker that had Patton Heating and Air's 24 hour number on it. We have owned this home for just a few years, so the sticker was from service done with the previous owners. At 2:00 a.m. Aaron took my husband's call and walked him through how to reset the furnace. The call took around 30 minutes. We had gotten the furnace going for that night. When their office opened the next morning, I called to schedule a technician visit. I praised Aaron and asked if we could please get a message to his manager. That's when I found out that Aaron is actually the owner! When the technician came the next day, I again expressed my gratitude to Aaron for taking our call in the middle of the night. We were distressed and he was a lifeline. His technician, Scott, shared our appreciation for Aaron, sharing that Aaron and his wife were currently on a tropical vacation celebrating their wedding anniversary. I even was further impressed and grateful by the customer service and the care we received. Aaron was humble enough to not disclose that he was the owner and on vacation. I found that out on my own and it deserves recognition. My husband and I did end up replacing our 16 year old furnace. We got top notch service from this company at every level. It's clear that they really care about service, kindness, and integrity. Patton Heating and Air has earned a customer for life. I can't reccomend them enough.“

“I was referred to Larson Plumbing by a friend. I had a new toilet which needed to be installed. Work was performed quickly and efficiently. A few days later we had a toilet backup. It was determined that our house's sewer drains were poorly installed, with very little slope and several sharp bends. A sewer line cleaning company cleared it out, and Andy reset our new toilet. I am extremely happy with Larson Plumbing. From Amanda in the office to Andy the technician and Jim the owner, their service and attention to detail was outstanding. “Dean’s Heating was great to work with when my Carrier heat pump compressor failed. Since the compressor was obsolete, they were able to find a new, open-box heat pump that was much less expensive than other options. Just a few days later, they were back to install it. The finished installation was very well done. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. I will definitely use them again!“
