I was immediately connected with Madeleine, the Funeral Director, who was so polite right away. The next day, my mom passed, and we were able to schedule an appointment later that same week. When my sisters and I met with Madeleine, she made an overwhelming process go smoother than we thought.

Madeleine was incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable, and supportive every step of the way. She answered our questions, offered thoughtful suggestions, and truly put our minds at ease during one of the hardest times in our lives. She was also very accommodating and flexible with our requests, which meant so much to us. I also appreciated her personality and how down to earth she is. We were able to share some laughs and that meant a lot to me.
