“4.5 stars: Bob Niemann and his team removed a wall air conditioning unit, closed and repaired the hole, painted the interior (textured) wall, and applied a patch to the exterior stucco. Bob was easy and pleasant to communicate with, always responding to questions and concerns within hours or minutes - and he did a great job matching the stucco texture. His team of painters, Justin and Josh (also very pleasant to have in our home) did a great job with the painting, including having the exterior paint color adjusted after the first coat, when they thought it could match better. After an issue with a plaster crack, they responded quickly to make the repair and finish the job.“

“It was my first time working with Intelligent design and my first insurance claim in my 20 years of being a property owner. I have 2 duplexes that sustained hail damage. I worked with Val and he was very professional with the residents and met with both insurance companies and really guided me through the process. I was also very specific about what I wanted and am very knowledgeable about building exteriors since I’m in the industry. Both of my duplexes really look great and I got everything that I was looking for and chose maintenance free options. Roofs were replaced, vents, fascia, gutters, gutter guards, and soffits. One property needed new sheathing. They coordinated another contractor for electrical needs. It was a long process, but it all made sense and the process was smooth. The communication was also good along the process that Dustan facilitated with the different aspects being addressed. I am very pleased and I am glad I chose Intelligent Design.
