As part of a larger project at my condo association, Crossroad Construction installed Pella sliding glass door and bedroom window. From the initial visit from Nick in February, to the installation in July and communication from Katie in between, I was very happy with the customer service I received. The 2-man crew was on time, completed work early and cleaned up after. When I was concerned about the height of the screen door, Katie had Pancho return the following day to adjust it. Overall, very satisfied with my new Pella windows and Crossroad Construction doing the work.
