“Wow. Just, wow. I am so happy with the experience. Another company told me it would be $5,000 to repair the boiler for our heated floors (it also turns out their proposed repairs would not have resolved the issue), but we would most likely would need to replace it for upwards of $15,000.

I called Monticello Plumbing, Heating, and AC at 7 a.m. this morning, and a technician was at my house within the hour. The next week he came to install it and after bringing in the new softener, there was still water on the floor. He traced it back and saw the water HEATER had corrosion inside the tank at the bottom and at the top where the water connection comes in. Now we were looking at replacing the water heater too.
