You can tell the staff really loves animals. It is a very welcoming environment that starts with Tessa at the desk. She remembers us whenever we come in, probably because of our dog Rex. I can't recommend this location highly enough.

I've been bringing my pets to VIP Petcare/ Vet IQ Petcare for over 7 years now, and I could not be happier with the level of care my animals have received. I started off going to the pop up clinics for the first few years, but now with the full time clinic location in Ypsi, it's even better.First thing I did when I got my new puppy was bring her in for a physical exam and start her on preventatives. Any same day appointment at a traditional vet would be astronomically expensive IF you could even get a slot, but getting my pup a clean bill of health at Vet IQ was easy and affordable. We have bringing our pups here for over two years. Great service. Most of the times, it can be very quick. There are times we had to wait but that is to be expected for walk ins. We have seen a number of vets here and all of them have been great. The prices are very affordable. Would highly recommend taking any pet here.
