Caitlin at Petsmart Ypsilanti is the best! She has been so patient with my grumpy, anxious old man dog. I love that Sam (my dog) has been able to establish a relationship with her and have a positive grooming experience every time he goes. Thanks to Caitlin (and a lot of treats) Sam is happy and well-groomed. He’s also not leaving as much fur everywhere he goes which is a huge bonus!
