    Jon Walters of Transformation Personal Fitness is an awesome trainer who loves what he does. He is very knowledgeable about strength training and nutrition. He makes the sessions challenging but fun. His friendly personality and cheerful attitude makes the training time go quickly. At 76 I've tried working out by myself so many times only to get bored and stopping. But I find that personal training gives me the motivation to continue. Jon tailors each workout according to one's ability and age and keeps it interesting. His workouts allow me to improve my body strength, flexibility, and balance. It's never too late to start a fitness program with Jon. Give him a call!

    Joined the fitness classes back in 2021. I had been been working out consistently prior to Covid, but after spending over a year at home, I had lost muscle, gained weight and was finding myself injured more frequently due to being less active. So thankful for Jon and the awesome people I get to workout with weekly! I knew absolute no one when I began taking classes. Everyone has been so welcoming! The group has been great motivation to push past my limits! Definitely recommend!!!

    Great personal and group fitness gym. Instruction on form is wonderful and Jon is very motivational. I’ve seen significant increase in strength and muscle endurance outside of the workouts!
