Just moved here and looked forward to seeing Binti's smiling welcoming face every time I walked in. So disappointed that she left the trainer position. Best part of PF Byron Center for me.

Went to Planet Fitness in Byron Center to get a free membership (through insurance cuz I'm old). 😊 Emily greet us at the door with a hello and a smile. I needed extra help because it went through insurance. Olivia, and Grace (manager) helped me through every bit of the sign up and made it so easy. And I also pay a bit extra for the black card. Black card is: massaging chairs, hydro-lounge (not what they're called) massage chairs. But they are fantastic! They have tanning, standing or lying down. The extra amenities are AMAZING! And oh so many work out machines! Thanks so much ladies for a wonderful experience! 10 stars!! Everyone was phenomenal!
