I want to share my experience with JCPenney's Westland and the amazing service I received. We had an appointment me and my daughter at the Dearborn location, but right at our appointment time, we were advised that our stylist called off for the day and The Stylist that was already working was booked for the rest of the day. We called the Westland location and advise them as to what happened at the previous location and was told to come in and that's when we met Mia.
