I was shocked when we walked in the mall and saw how EMPTY IT WAS. WHAT A SHAME. It looked like a ghost town. Half the shops weren't even open, and it was 2:30.I will say the workers at J C Penny were very helpful. We found everything we neededScott cashed us out and was very helpful

I have always enjoyed this store, this visit was different, it was sad. I was one that hated long lines and so many people you have to park so far from the door. The store was empty. I miss the long lines and walking around people to get to what I might want to see. We are losing the people contact when making a purchase. Stop in today and show our stores some love. The store is bright, clean, and stocked, and the staff is wonderful.
