“Charles was fast and efficient putting in the part. Gave adviceon proper monthly cleaning and not to use too much soap . This causes problems. Also said monthly cleanings with purchased cleaning tables helps a grea deal. Hoping this newly reconditioned part lasts a long time. Nothing else he matte with my Sears Washer. I love it.“
