I had Matt come out for an overall inspection at a clients house/workspace, knowing they needed updates. He was very knowledgeable and understanding to give them a plan to move forward. It was a big job and it was very helpful to get a plan for the future.
Tervoort Builders built our home (before we bought it) in the early nineties, and built an outbuilding for us in the early 2000's. They just finished an amazing remodel of the main floor and did a perfect job. I didn't even bother contacting other builders-they are the best. Casey is amazing.Ed should probably think about retiring...;)
Only positive things to say. They did the work in half the time estimated, and the cost was also less than estimated as well. No problems since I’ve worked with them. Will use them again and have recommended them to friends.
Checked our Doberman in today. They explained their program and made a plan according to our needs. We were able to ask questions and all were answered. Everyone was very nice and I appreciated their lowkey manner and in no way did we ever feel rushed. I will update when we pick Ruger up at the end of his stay. So far I believe it will remain 5 star.
Rich, Kerri, and their team were wonderful to work with and our counters are stunning. They made sure we understood the characteristics of soapstone and helped us acquire a slab that would work in our kitchen. They identified an issue with the original slab from the supplier which helped us avoid an issue down the road.
Rich guided us through the layout process so the elements we liked most in the slab were highlighted. The installers were easy to work with; pleasant, professional, careful, and they cleaned up the workspace. They even worked around a snafu with the cabinetry so our countertops were installed on time ,in spite of our pantry cabinet not being on site.
We've been living with our counters for over 6 months and we are just as thrilled with them as the day they were installed.
I highly recommend Rock Solid Granite and will absoluteley use them for our next project.
