Fantastic service! It took almost a month to get in, but I think that’s because they do good work. I had a battery drain issue that I spent months trying to figure out and they had it diagnosed and fixed before lunchtime. It was a super obscure problem (alternator harness was incorrectly pinned) — something that never occurred to me to even look for. Consider me a very happy customer!
HUGE shout-out to Matt Baker at Baker Electric (see photo for contact info). I hired Matt to do some electrical work at my house. Let me tell you, he explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. Also, he told me multiple options that I could do with a MAJOR electrical issue in my home. One of the main reasons that I hired an electrician is because I had outlets that would spark when I tried to use them and I had a hallway light that would work intermittently. For the hallway light, Matt replaced one of the switches and it was fine for a couple of days and started working intermittently again. I messaged Matt and he came right back out. He replaced the other hallway switch and then said, "You have the wrong kind of light bulbs in there." I was honestly thinking, "What? A lightbulb is a lightbulb." So not true! After my Electrical 101 lesson from Matt, I learned that some bulbs are rated for enclosed light fixtures and some are not. Who knew? Sure enough, the bulbs I had purchased at Menards were not rated for enclose fixtures (see pic for example). He said with the old incandescent bulbs it didn't matter but with LED bulbs it does. I NEVER knew that! The bulb package actually says what it's rated for. So gateful for the info! Thanks Matt! You rock!
Tervoort Builders built our home (before we bought it) in the early nineties, and built an outbuilding for us in the early 2000's. They just finished an amazing remodel of the main floor and did a perfect job. I didn't even bother contacting other builders-they are the best. Casey is amazing.Ed should probably think about retiring...;)
Only positive things to say. They did the work in half the time estimated, and the cost was also less than estimated as well. No problems since I’ve worked with them. Will use them again and have recommended them to friends.
Checked our Doberman in today. They explained their program and made a plan according to our needs. We were able to ask questions and all were answered. Everyone was very nice and I appreciated their lowkey manner and in no way did we ever feel rushed. I will update when we pick Ruger up at the end of his stay. So far I believe it will remain 5 star.
Amazing I got to watch My dogs be groomed and it was a joy to see how Mel loves her job and loves dogs! have never been more thrilled! My dogs are Older the one is Probably 16 and she was vocal about her dislike for being touched, but then again she's old so makes sense. my male just sat there quiet and enjoyed his haircut and bath. Have never felt so good to have people that i can TRUST work on my KIDS.
