“My experience with MCHI was as a resident in an apartment, so while I didn't have a say in who was being hired or what was being done, I did have direct experience with this team. I can't speak to the work, that's beyond my purview, but Sean was one of the most professional, kind people I've ever met. Picture this: we have a very sensitive dog. They took care to protect my property during the teardown of the old roof and even trimmed back a tree that was growing too close to the roof. I especially appreciated their responsiveness to questions and their willingness to explain the process clearly.
