After missing our original appointment, Shine reached out to us and explained the situation. We agreed to reschedule the work and they even offered a small discount. When time came for the new appointment, they arrived within the service window and completed the work generally to satisfaction and in a timely manner in accordance with the quote. We are very appreciative of their willingness to correct the issue and to work with us to get the job done. Would probably work with them again in the future if need be.

Shine was beyond unprofessional. They no-call no-showed on the day of our appointment and never answered the phone or responded to emails to communicate why.

My wife and I recently had an appointment for window cleaning service. While Shine was quick to respond to the request for a quote, they never told us they were coming over and so we were woken up in the morning by a virtual stranger knocking on the door. That lack of advance communication foretold what would happen on the day of our service. While the quote was reasonable and they had immediate availability, Shine never showed up. Our window for arrival came and went on the day our window cleaning service was scheduled.

After waiting for some time beyond the scheduled arrival, we called the office to get an update and it went to voicemail. We then received what seemed like an automated text response. This happened multiple times and to both myself and my wife. Shine also never responded to our emails. We have never heard from them since. This is very unprofessional and we cannot recommend them at all.“

“Great experience. We needed a re-shingle and chimney cap repair. We wanted specific chimney and valley flashing techniques. OMEGA accommodated all our requests. They were very professional about the job including some unexpected repairs discovered after tear off. A great crew that dealt with hot weather.“
