I am thankful for having the experience of using your company and especially working with Tim Snyder. Tim came to my home in Augusta Woods Community, he was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and walked me step by step through the process. Tim also answered all my questions and believe I had a lot, he even assisted me with the daunting task of coordinating with my insurance company. Hats off to your team that actually did the tear off and replacement of my roof, they came on time and within the time frame given to me they were finished. I felt so rest assured by Garrett in getting a new roof replaced for my home before the inclement weather. Garrett stuck to his word and put my mind at ease in getting the job done. It was very easy to communicate with him, and he promptly answered all of my questions. What amazing work done by the Northgate crew!! They did it all in one day and cleaned up so nicely. I am a very happy customer! ? I highly recommend this company to all.
