Gage did a master bath remodel for me back in spring, so the review is long overdue.I was looking for businesses that do remodel within the area, and upon speaking with multiple companies/representatives I quickly understood where remodeling/construction gets a bad rep from.Gage was the only one in my experience that was able to speak freely about what it's going to take labor/material wise to do the job, put his name behind the work so we moved ahead.The bathroom floor we chose upon was not able to be delivered on time which meant an increase in my budget, although how Gage handled that was great.The reno was completed as expected, and we ran into an issue with the shower...read full review

We used Barrett and Sons for our bathroom remodel. Overall, I am very pleased with our experience. Gage is very knowledgeable- however, he can be very blunt which can feel intimidating for a first time home renovator. He completed the work in a very timely manner which was appreciated as it’s our only bathroom. Giving it 4 stars because they cracked our bathroom window and it doesn’t feel as though they fully patched the subfloor before laying the new floor as there is some give/bounce.

In the Spring of 2022 we had Barrett & Sons for remodeling of a master bathroom, along with backsplash in the kitchen, new flooring throughout the house and our secondary bathroom fixed up.We are very pleased with the results and would recommend the business for new and remodeling projects. Gage spent quality time with us when giving an estimate and very patiently answered all our questions.In 2023 we had Barrett & Sons come back for a Master bedroom remodel and just absolutely love it. We would recommend Barrett & Sons for new and remodeling construction.
