Easy to get an appointment. Most times they can squeeze you in for a virtual appointment even if the day is booked up. Holly at the front desk is very helpful. Jessica in billing is awesome. Very patient with insurance issues. Both Dr Jerore and Dr Schmitt are very kind and understanding. I forget the name of the girl that usually brings me back (dark hair, glasses, has dip polish nails), but she's very nice. When she takes blood it doesn't feel like someone's fishing around in your arm for your vein. Talking to her before my appointments really helps to take away any pre-visit nerves I may be having. I’m very pleased with Clearwater Family Medicine. Been coming here since 2021. Scheduling is great so I’ve never waited long for my appointment to start. I’m also very pleased with Dr. Cecil; she’s absolutely wonderful! Great bedside manner, down to earth, friendly demeanor; I truly am so happy that I found her after my longtime doctor retired.
I always enjoy seeing Dr Schmitt. She is always willing to listen. Very patient. She puts you at ease with any concerns you have..and answers any questions leading you in the right direction.
