IT Services & Computer Repair near Washington picked by BestProsInTown
“PC Shards is a unique service for computer repair. There is no other store in the area that offers such efficient service. The technical staff use understandable terminology which is essential for the layman. The service is fast thus one's computer is quickly restored to working condition and pricing is very fair.”
“Pat is an awesome dude. Incredibly knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. He helped us build a PC geared towards fairly heavy CAD/CAM use. Did the research for us and had it built in less than 3 days! Excellent quality and attention to detail. He even helped us avoid some potentially very expensive downtime. After I sat on the phone and emailed back and forth with tech support all day. With limited knowledge of our machines and software he had us back up and running within an hour! We'll continue to go back to Ability PC for all of our company's computer needs.”
“My company has worked with Greg for several years for all technical support. He is consistently patient with those of us who are less tech-savvy, and I highly recommend his services.”
