Great customer service and quick turn around time with repairs. I take all my personal computers into Zak's and also any repairs or upgrades with existing fie my companies pc's.

I walked in there with a pc I bought from a friend on Friday March 10th and I just had to explain what was happening and the worker already could tell what the problem was would recommend to friends and family.

They were very helpful with my computers. Once it was diagnosed the problem was clearly explained and the options to repair the problem and pricing. They also got back to me very quickly. I dropped it off on a Saturday afternoon and they called Tuesday morning to discuss what they found. Very friendly too.
