My hard drive went bad and I was in a panic thinking I lost all the pictures of my kids from the time they were born. I brought in my hard drive and they were able to recover everything! The techs were very nice and even helped educate me on how to prevent this from happening again. I highly recommend their services!

Called, dropped off and picked up my personal laptop up all in the same day, within a 2 hour time frame. I disabled my admin rights (not a smart thing to do) on windows 10 and spent over 2 weeks searching on Microsoft and YouTube. I should have called Lombardo Tech first. They fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes and it only cost $25 which was what they quoted on the phone. My lap top admin rights are now back. I will recommend them to everyone.
