Pat is an awesome dude. Incredibly knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. He helped us build a PC geared towards fairly heavy CAD/CAM use. Did the research for us and had it built in less than 3 days! Excellent quality and attention to detail. He even helped us avoid some potentially very expensive downtime. After I sat on the phone and emailed back and forth with tech support all day. With limited knowledge of our machines and software he had us back up and running within an hour!
