I don't think I have ever received better customer service from any business... ever. I dropped off my computer that had been overheating and running slowly, and also wanted 3 additional case fans installed. I dopped off at 8am, and by 11am, my computer was completely cleaned of dust, CPU had thermal paste replaced, and fans were installed and configured correctly (they were not properly installed prior to coming in). Unfortunately, the power went out at the store at 2pm and the owner had to go home and had no way of contacting me as my information was in the system. I arrived at 4pm and was surprised to see them closed. I emailed the owner and he called me to inform me of what happened. He offered to drive out from his house 45 minutes away to get me my computer since I needed it for work, and then for me to come back and pay next day, but I declined. I came the next day to pick up the computer, and he did not charge me at all for the repairs and installation. After loading my computer in the car, I went back in and insisted on paying something, but he refused and did all of that work for free because of the inconvenience that wasn't even his fault. It was the weather's fault. This company has my business forever, period. Outstanding.
Ability PC has done work on several of our computers over the years and they have been up-front and honest. We always get a break down of what everything costs so there were never any surprises. I would highly recommend Apility PC!
Pat has been taking care of all my home & all the Computers and servers at Oak Ridge Golf club. Never let us down. Does a great job and very fair in prices.
