I was able to get in without an appointment for a cat nail trim. Monday through Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Walk-ins are accepted. Friendly and efficient. Reasonable price and my cat never seems traumatized.

I'm not sure what there secret is .My cat pixie was there for 5 days and came home so much a good cat . Nomor whinnying every two hours for food. Her lbs weight is 22 . I'm glad I picked friends .She is on a diet but somehow she is a little more loveable and less whiny! Thanks best friends . See you next year!

We are life time dog owners. Until recently we always had family available to watch our pets. When it became necessary to seek outside help we went to best friends pet hotel. My brother referred me there. After a 2 1/2 week stay we couldn’t be more pleased. The manager and the help we met were genuinely animal lovers. We were able to call several times during their stay and ask how they were doing. The phone was always answered and our questions answered. Best of all twice a day we were able to watch them playing with the other dogs there. I recommend this place for anyone who finds themselves in need.
