I had several leaks and needed a few things corrected. He was professional explained everything he was doing and also taught me how to light the pilot. “We chose MGC Granite and Design based on a reommendation from a friend and from the cabinet shop we used. Im glad we did. Kelly was our sales rep and she was phenominal. She was more than accomidating. She met with us after hours, she took her time and was patient with us as we looked at all the slabs and samples they had. She explained the differences in material, edges, sinks, faucets, etc. Start to finish she was wonderful 10/10! Once we chose our material Kris came to the house to measure and template. He was polite, prompt, on time and professional and the counters fit perfect! Eric and John were the installers. They sure made it look easy. Had the counters and back splashes installed in no time flat! The guys were polite and cordial and they were at my home exactly when they said they would be and left my kitchen cleaner than when they had arrived. Overall experience was a 10/10 and we are in love with our new counters and kitchen! Big thank you to the MGC crew! Top notch! Highly recommend!“

“We recently had our roof replaced by Premier Roofing, and while the final result looks great, the overall experience left much to be desired. From the beginning, the salesman made several promises about what we could expect during the process, none of which were fulfilled. Unfortunately, Michigan's unpredictable weather struck during the project, and it poured while the shingles were off our garage. This led to damage to our garage ceiling and the garage door opener, which had to be replaced. While the team was apologetic and assured us they would take care of everything, the repair work on the garage ceiling was subpar. The drywall tape is already bubbling, and the paint job looks rushed and unfinished. It's disappointing to see such poor craftsmanship after being told things would be handled properly. It also took nearly two months after the roof was installed for someone to come by and pick up the remaining materials and collect the final payment. During that visit, the gentleman took note of our concerns and poor repair work and assured us the owner would be in touch to address the issues. That was five weeks ago, and we haven't heard a word since. At the end of the day, it feels like once they got paid, customer experience no longer mattered. If you're considering Premier Roofing, be aware: while the roof may look good, the process and follow-through might leave you frustrated and disappointed.“

“On December 5th 2026, I called Richards & Swift to have someone come out and give me an estimate on a roof replacement. About 15 minutes later, I get a call from Jim Swift and he says he could come at 10:00am if I’m going to be home. Jim shows up on time and does about a 20 minute tour of my roof. He comes in and gives me a no nonsense quote of 3 prices…good, better and best depending on which shingles we decided on. A deal was made and the roof was installed 2 days later on December 7th. The dumpster, delivery of the shingles and the roofers all showed up before 8:30am. The crew worked long and hard all day and our home looks beautiful. Everything was picked up afterwards making sure it looked just as it did when they arrived. I would recommend this company with a 5 star review and would not hesitate to use them again.“

This appointment was much appreciated because even though it was a small space, it was complicated and required the skills of a plumber, electrician, HVAC technician, carpenter, floor installer, and painter.
After the room was created, a tall, heavy LG Washtower had to be connected, and other finishing touches completed.
