“Our daughter bought an older home in Muskegon. We chose Lascko due to location and reputation. After an initial service call and furnace inspection we ended up needing unexpected and extensive HVAC, plumbing, and drain work. Through this time, Lascko has been amazing! They have been extremely responsive, sympathetic, understanding, accommodating, and professional. The sales/estimators have provided numerous options and quotes and have explained everything thoroughly. They are concerned that we get the best solutions at reasonable prices. The people that have come out to the house have been great - personable, professional, experienced, clean, friendly, and fun to talk with while here. Much of the work is already done, and the rest will be done next week, and my daughter will be able to move in on time as scheduled! It seems like the HVAC industry purposefully withholds technical information as a way to sell people things they don't need, and these guys openly talked about the Furnace/AC they were installing and helped me understand the thought process behind the sizing of each unit.

It's a year after install now, and my only issue was self inflicted from blocking the register and starving the furnace of intake air.“

“It's hard to find someone who knows about a knight lochinvar system walking through the door... in my city anyhow. Mark knows his boilers! This is the second time he has worked his magic on my boiler over a few years time. I don't have to sit and listen to him call tech support asking for assistance, he comes in the door, obviously with years of knowledge, straight to the system and fixes it. I talked to him on the phone before he arrived, he knew what the problem was before he got here.
