“These guys did a great job at a lower cost than other big names in the area, and I didn't have to sit through a sales pitch.

It seems like the HVAC industry purposefully withholds technical information as a way to sell people things they don't need, and these guys openly talked about the Furnace/AC they were installing and helped me understand the thought process behind the sizing of each unit.

It's a year after install now, and my only issue was self inflicted from blocking the register and starving the furnace of intake air.“

“It's hard to find someone who knows about a knight lochinvar system walking through the door... in my city anyhow. Mark knows his boilers! This is the second time he has worked his magic on my boiler over a few years time.
