Simply incredible. Sherry and the team at Desmond were outstanding at every step for our fathers services. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did. They removed an amazing amount of stress and burden, and allowed us to spend quality family time, bonding and remembering dad, instead of worrying about details. Simply top notch, and what our father would have wanted. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Simply outstanding. They have a full range of services and beautiful facilities, but we only used Desmond for a cremation. Their care and professionalism came through very strongly. Everything about a passing was new to me and they walked me through everything with patience. They did everything they said on time (eg quick turn prayer cards, death certificates etc) and I never felt pressured to upgrade or buy more. In the midst of a very tough time, they were an island of calm and support.
I've observed the excellent care provided at Desmond over the decades, so when I wanted to prearrange my end of life matters, I knew I wouldn't go elsewhere. I don't want to leave my family with the duty of making these choices, and it's smart economics to lock in prices at today's levels, rather then in the (distant!) future when they'll be needed. I worked with Tyson to solidify my plans, clarify areas I wasn't sure about, and get the business done.
