I've been going to Pure Pilates for years and have enjoyed every class I've been in! It's a great balance of challenge while having fun! The instructors do an amazing job paying attention to every person in class to help strengthen skills and develop techniques! Love this spot - must give it a try if you're looking for reformer pilates in TC!!!
Highly recommend Pure Pilates! I arranged a semi-private class to introduce my love for Pilates to my daughter, sister in law and mother in law. Jennifer was super accommodating of our request and Holli was an amazing instructor! If you live downstate like we do, but travel up north regularly, their packages never expire! A fantastic benefit of flexibility that I definitely value. We can’t wait to come back!
I cannot recommend Pure Pilates enough - I have been working with Kim for years and she is incredible. She and everyone at the studio are incredibly well educated and really understand body mechanics and how to guide you through a session to help you meet your goals. Everything is perfectly maintained and always clean, a combination of techniques are used to really maximize your time and abilities in the studio, and the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and positive. There are so many reasons to go: a great workout, stress relief, pain relief, core strength, etc. Thank you to everyone there for being amazing!
