Omg!! Dr Rasor is AMAZING!!!! Went today to get 2 of my kids eyes checked and I must say I will DEF be back! At first I was so hesitant to drive all the way out there (I live in Holland, OH) but the experience Dr Rasor provided made it sooo worth the drive! He was patient & very through. He really took his time & was so patient while he did their exams. (My son has a little delay in understanding certain things) but that didnt let Dr Rasor stop from getting my son an accurate RX. He even gave me some different options because my son didn't like the glasses we picked out lol...But through out the whole thing, Dr was patient and throughly explained everything he was doing before, during & after the exam.

And his staff is SO nice!! There were 2 ladies up front and even before we got there the 1 lady didn't even get frustrated when I kept switching my kids & husbands appt times lol..So thank her for not being upset with me! lol! But she was patient and so kind!! DEF top TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

No pressure sales for upgrades or extra stuff either. They just told me what was covered under our vision insurance and what frames and extras were not & let me decide

Side Note:
The office manager named Amber from Dr. Marra & Assoc (in Sylvania) eyecare should take a training class from Summit Family Eye Care & their staff! SERIOUSLY a night and day experience between the 2! If I could give Summit Family Eye Care & Dr Rasor a 10 stars I would!! A++++++ .....“

“My rimless glasses broke in half across the nose piece (bridge), and I called and Dr Pezo told me to bring them in and they will look at them and see if they could fix them. I went right down there and Robert took them and soldered them together and they were as good as new. Thank you Robert you are a life saver.“

“This is a response to Vanessa Wright's review below. Unfortunately we are unable to login and respond under the Dr Rick Cherry, OD account. We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your last telephone experience with the office. By law an eyeglass prescription is good for only two years. The prescription you were requesting was well past the two years. As we explained, you can get a copy of the RX. The prescription will say its expired. Two years ago we were going through the COVID outbreak. During that time Dr Cherry O.D did only allow one exam done at a time due to social distancing and the size of the waiting area and exam rooms.
