“As of this moment, I have to give a poor grade to Infusion Associates. The med I get infused every four weeks was not delivered to the facility in time for me to stay on my every four weeks schedule. They should've had the med there in time to keep me on schedule(my opinion), but from my perspective as the patient, they dropped the ball. Since this is a treatment that's being transferred from the Cleveland Clinic to Infusion Associates, I'm hopeful that this will be a one-time glitch and not something I will have to deal with on a continuing basis. I'll update my review when we get on, hopefully, a regular schedule. Additionally, the people I have dealt with have all been pleasant and polite and were genuinely sorry that this glitch happened.

On an edit: Today(10-16-24) I had my first appointment with Infusion Associates. The staff here is absolutely great. I am hopeful that the first-time glitch in getting the med delivered will not be repeated. I am so confident that it won't be repeated that I feel I can confidently bump-up my original rating to 5-stars.“

“Very, very pleased with the service I've received here. I've suffered with neuropathy in both feet for at least two years. After my second acupuncture appt with Kylie, I was already getting relief from my daily pain. Kylie and her staff are very friendly and caring. I highly recommend them.“

“I have been going to this practice for over 30 years. My former doctor, Dr. Facey, has now since retired was a wonderful doctor. I now see Dr. James Bomer. He is an exceptional doctor. He truly cares about his patients, is always very attentive during my visits and works with me to find the best treatment for me personally,! When he orders tests, he is very prompt about calling you with the results and discussing them with you, through Promedica My Chart, you are able to ask simple medical questions of him. If I need advice or recommendations, questions about my health, I can expect an answer that same day. The practice has grown quite a bit over the years, but they still provide the same quality care I had come to expect. The schedulers are friendly and helpful, the nurses are well educated, professionals who treat you with the upmost respect and kindness. You can still get a same day appointment if required but now you should make that request as soon as they open to help ensure a spot. Wait times are minimal. I don’t think I have ever waited more than 5 minutes before I am called back for my appointment, considering how significantly they have grown over the years, they still provide the best experience for their patients that they always have. I would highly recommend them to anyone that may be in a search for a new family practitioner. They provide the finest care of any doctor’s I see on a regular basis (which is quite a few for me)“

“It's hard to find a doctor that's not only good, but has a good bedside manner. Doctor Phu has been helping me for about 8 years now and has helped me with several issues. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things to me, which I really appreciate. I feel like he genuinely cares about my health, rather than the most profitable option.“

“I had my first surgery at Flower Hospital yesterday and the staff made it such a wonderful and anxiety free experience! Every staff member was so kind, comforting & professional. I felt very well cared for! Highly recommended. “I have seen multiple specialists here, gotten labs, x rays, procedures etc. Every interaction has been informative, helpful, and patient care centered. If you, like myself, have been looking for someone to hear you and provide you with quality care I would highly reccomend The Toledo Clinic. The only negative ive encountered and honestly it was one time is for one specialist it was a bit of a wait. However, with that being said, it was one occurrence and in my opinion doesnt negate the overall level of care I have received. I have been to so many Dr's, specialists, and tried so hard to get to the bottom of my health concerns. I see all of the negative reviews but honestly it just hasn't been my experience.“
