“First, I want to say I’m extremely happy with all the procedures done by Dr. Nahhas. I’ve had varicose veins on both legs for many years and during that time I’ve had a few different procedures including stripping and surgery. Those were so painful that when the varicose veins came back I suffered again with pain, swelling, heaviness and restless legs. I recently decided I had to try something again and went to a doctor where we live who said it would take 4 surgeries in the hospital to fix my legs. Then I found Dr. Nahhas, he explained the 2 procedures he could do in his office and answered all my questions. He started with 4 Varithena and then 2 Microphlebectomies. I was awake for all procedures, had minimal discomfort and was able to do all regular activities. My legs feel and look so much better and the results were above my expectations. I wish I would’ve found Dr. Nahhas and his staff sooner, it was well worth the 2 hour drive each way for each procedure.”

“As of this moment, I have to give a poor grade to Infusion Associates. The med I get infused every four weeks was not delivered to the facility in time for me to stay on my every four weeks schedule. They should've had the med there in time to keep me on schedule(my opinion), but from my perspective as the patient, they dropped the ball. Since this is a treatment that's being transferred from the Cleveland Clinic to Infusion Associates, I'm hopeful that this will be a one-time glitch and not something I will have to deal with on a continuing basis. I'll update my review when we get on, hopefully, a regular schedule. Additionally, the people I have dealt with have all been pleasant and polite and were genuinely sorry that this glitch happened.<br><br>On an edit: Today(10-16-24) I had my first appointment with Infusion Associates. The staff here is absolutely great. I am hopeful that the first-time glitch in getting the med delivered will not be repeated. I am so confident that it won't be repeated that I feel I can confidently bump-up my original rating to 5-stars.”

“I have been going to this practice for over 30 years. My former doctor, Dr. Facey, has now since retired was a wonderful doctor. I now see Dr. James Bomer. He is an exceptional doctor. He truly cares about his patients, is always very attentive during my visits and works with me to find the best treatment for me personally,! When he orders tests, he is very prompt about calling you with the results and discussing them with you, through Promedica My Chart, you are able to ask simple medical questions of him. If I need advice or recommendations, questions about my health, I can expect an answer that same day. The practice has grown quite a bit over the years, but they still provide the same quality care I had come to expect. The schedulers are friendly and helpful, the nurses are well educated, professionals who treat you with the upmost respect and kindness. You can still get a same day appointment if required but now you should make that request as soon as they open to help ensure a spot. Wait times are minimal. I don’t think I have ever waited more than 5 minutes before I am called back for my appointment, considering how significantly they have grown over the years, they still provide the best experience for their patients that they always have. I would highly recommend them to anyone that may be in a search for a new family practitioner. They provide the finest care of any doctor’s I see on a regular basis (which is quite a few for me)”
